To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 15 days from the order date for store credit or exchange. We are sorry but we cannot issue cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days. All returns must have a receipt, be unworn and with all the tags intact for an exchange or store credit. By law, intimate apparel containing a crotch cannot be returned once it has been purchased.
If you would like a different size or style, please include a note on your return invoice stating the item you would like instead. We cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock, but we will certainly try our best.
